- Clean up after yourself and maintain cleanliness throughout your use.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum during early mornings and late nights.
- Kindly handle all provided equipment and facilities in the space with care, and return them to their original locations after use.

Adhere to basic safety rules, such as ensuring gas tank (for BBQ use). switches and appliances are turned off after use and reporting any malfunctions or hazards to our staff promptly.
- Ensure all lights, air-conditioner, projector, TV and other switches are turned off before leaving the premises.
- Ensure all waste and trash bags are disposed at the bin located outside the building on Level 1.
- Ensure all furniture and equipment are placed back in their initial positions.
- Ensure the washroom, flooring and tables are clean and wiped down.
- Ensure all items including decoration, food & drinks, and personal belongings are removed from the space before you leave.
Reservations Policy
To secure the rental space for the event date and time, Renter is required to make deposit of 50% of the rental fee upon execution of agreement. The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be settled no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If Renter cancels more than 14 days before the Event Date and Time, they have the option to apply the deposit and any remaining balance paid toward a future rental within 6 months of the original Event Date and Time. If Renter cancels within 14 days of the Event Date and Time, the deposit and any remaining balance paid will be forfeited.
