Yes, we welcome events and workshops hosted by members or external parties. Please coordinate with studio management to reserve space and discuss any specific requirements.
Security deposit is one(1) month rental.
The security deposit shall be used to cover any damages and/or reinstatement to the Rental Space or its contents caused by Renter or its guests if the unit is not returned in original condition. The security deposit shall not be applied to any rental fees or other charges due.
The security deposit shall be refunded to the renter within one (1) week after vacating the premises, provided that there are no damages to the Rental Space or its contents caused by Renter or its guests.
If there are damages to the Rental space or its contents caused by Renter or its guests discovered during the
inspection after handover, Tinkertank may forfeit the security deposit. Tinkertank shall notify Renter
in writing of the nature and extent of the damages and provide an estimate of the cost to repair or replace the
damages.
Any cancellation by Renter or Tinkertank must be made in writing via email.
If Renter cancels the Agreement more than 14 days before the Event Date and Time, Renter shall have the option to apply the deposit and any remaining balance paid toward a future rental of the Rental Space within 6 months of the original Event Date and Time.
If Renter cancels the Agreement less than 14 days before the Event Date and Time, Renter shall forfeit
the deposit and any remaining balance paid.
In the event that Tinkertank cancels the Agreement for any reason other than a breach by Renter, Tinkertank shall refund any deposit and any remaining balance paid by Renter.
